ONE-MINUTE BREATHING EXERCISE
One quiet minute.
Follow the circle for 60 seconds. Let each breath feel easy.
No account. No app. Just breathe.
Silent during the exercise. Optional chime at the end.
That's it.
Take your time before carrying on.
Breathe gently and comfortably. Don't force your breath. Stop if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable.
How to use the one-minute breathing timer
- Choose 1 minute, then press Start.
- Follow the expanding circle for a four-second inhale and the shrinking circle for a six-second exhale.
- Keep each breath comfortable. There are no breath holds, and you can pause or end whenever you choose.
The one-minute timer contains six complete cycles. You can also select two or five minutes if you want a longer break.
What happens when the minute ends?
The circle fades into a completion message. Choose another minute or finish there. The end chime is optional: switching it on plays a short preview so you can check your volume before starting.
Can I use it silently?
Yes. Sound starts off, and there is no music or spoken guidance. Keep this page visible to follow the circle; switching tabs or locking your screen pauses the exercise.

For a pattern with holds, try the box breathing timer. For an evening session, open breathing before sleep. You can also take a breathing break before something stressful.
